Reporting to the Sr. Director, IT - Global Distribution & Logistics, this role is a key member of the D&L IT leadership team, responsible for the strategy, reliability, and continuous improvement of technology platforms that support global distribution, warehousing, transportation, labor management, reporting, integrations, and automation. The role leads teams, partners with business stakeholders, and drives scalable, AI-enabled operational excellence across regions.

This role ensures critical Distribution & Logistics technology platforms remain reliable, scalable, and ready to support global operations. The Director leads modernization of reliability and production support practices, advancing automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Define and lead the global reliability strategy, support model, and continuous improvement roadmap for Distribution & Logistics technology platforms.
• Lead managers, engineers, vendors, and partners to improve service performance, incident response, operational readiness, and system stability.
• Oversee service performance, risk management, major incident response, executive communications, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
• Advance AI-enabled support, automation, observability, and knowledge management practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Establish and maintain standards for incident, problem, change, release, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
About You
• Significant leadership experience in technology operations, systems reliability engineering, application support, or supply chain technology.
• Strong understanding of distribution, warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations, including peak-season and business-critical environments.
• Experience using operational metrics and service performance data to drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to navigate organizational change, guide senior stakeholders, and deliver performance across global environments.
• Passion for leveraging AI tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technology operations, systems reliability engineering, enterprise application support, service management, or supply chain technology.
• Experience leading global teams, vendors, and strategic partners while driving operational excellence across reliability engineering, production support, service management, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting Distribution & Logistics technologies, including WMS, TMS, LMS, WFM, integration, reporting, and automation platforms. Familiarity with solutions such as Manhattan, Centiro, UKG, MuleSoft, Talend, SAP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, or comparable technologies.
• Strong ability to translate technical risks, opportunities, and investments into business outcomes.

This is an onsite work schedule based in our Henderson, NV location. You will be expected in office at least 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $148,600 - $217,900 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
