That's what changes the quality of a shortlist, and the duration of the placement.
For the majority of our missions, a qualified shortlist is presented within 7 to 14 days after the initial brief. For sensitive profiles or strategic openings, the timeline depends on how rare the profile is; we commit to a precise schedule as soon as the brief is signed.
We guarantee every placement with follow-up at 3, 6 and 12 months. In case of termination during the trial period, we immediately relaunch the mission at no additional cost. Our interest is aligned with yours: a lasting placement.
Your Catwalks contact comes to your boutique or headquarters, never by video call for a first brief. We take the time to understand your Maison, your existing teams, your seasonal challenges, your daily requirements. The brief can last 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the role.
We operate on flat fees (a percentage of gross annual compensation) for permanent recruitment. For confidential recruitment, we work on staged fixed fees (retainer + deposit + closing).
We favor exclusivity to offer the best level of service and discretion, but it's a matter of trust, not a constraint. We discuss the model that suits you at the time of the brief.
