Replenishment Analytics & Reporting
• Support the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of replenishment reporting across assigned customers, categories, and channels.
• Analyze key replenishment outputs, including customer orders, shipments, inventory, weeks of supply, fill rate, in-stock performance, out-of-stock trends, and service risks.
• Help identify trends, exceptions, and recurring issues impacting inventory availability, replenishment flow, and customer service performance.
• Assist in developing standardized reporting tools and dashboards to support replenishment decision-making.
• Build and maintain customer-facing and internal KPI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analytics to support business reviews, account health meetings, and internal planning discussions.
• Monitor data accuracy and flag inconsistencies across customer portals, internal systems, and reporting tools.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests related to replenishment performance, inventory trends, order behavior, and service risk.
Forecast & Demand Support
• Support the team in building and maintaining item-level forecast inputs using customer POS trends, order history, inventory data, and promotional activity.
• Assist with the transition from short-term customer forecast visibility to a longer-term, POS-driven item-level forecast process.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager/Replenishment to review forecast variance, demand shifts, velocity changes, and potential risks to supply or service.
• Support Demand Planning collaboration by organizing data, preparing supporting analytics, and summarizing key forecast-related variances or risks.
• Help identify base business trends, seasonality, promotional lifts, distribution changes, and customer demand signals that may impact forecast accuracy.
eCommerce / .com Replenishment
• Support replenishment execution for smaller eCommerce accounts, including Walmart.com, Target.com, and potential L&R third-party .com business.
• Monitor .com inventory health, order flow, in-stock position, customer forecasts, and service performance.
• Identify and escalate risks related to low inventory, demand spikes, order gaps, item setup issues, fulfillment delays, or supply constraints.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Supply Planning to support .com business execution.
• Track digital account performance and provide actionable insights to improve product availability and service reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal partners across Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Master Data to resolve replenishment and service-related issues.
• Support preparation of materials for customer supply chain meetings, account reviews, and internal business routines.
• Assist with new item launches, relaunches, item transitions, UPC/GTIN changes, and discontinuation tracking as needed.
• Help coordinate follow-ups and action items related to customer supply chain performance.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
• Investigate replenishment exceptions and support root-cause analysis for service gaps, order issues, out-of-stocks, inventory imbalances, and customer deductions where applicable.
• Recommend actions to improve reporting accuracy, order flow, inventory visibility, and replenishment execution.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reports, reduce recurring issues, and improve team efficiency.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, forecasting, customer operations, analytics, retail, or CPG preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
• Strong Excel skills required, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with customer portals or retail systems such as Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, or similar customer platforms preferred.
• Exposure to SAP, OMP, JDA/Blue Yonder, Power BI, Tableau, or other planning/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, .com, or omnichannel replenishment a plus.
• Understanding of replenishment metrics such as in-stock %, fill rate, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, order patterns, POS trends, and inventory health.
• CPG, retail, beauty, personal care, or consumer products experience preferred.
Base Salary Range: $65k-$95k base salary
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors.

The Forecast & Replenishment Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and operational support for the Customer Forecast & Replenishment team. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining replenishment reporting, monitoring key performance metrics, identifying exceptions, and supporting the team with insights related to inventory health, service performance, customer order patterns, weeks of supply, in-stock levels, and forecast-related inputs.
This role supports the broader replenishment and forecasting process by helping organize data, identify trends, flag risks, and prepare materials used by the Sr. Manager and Customer Supply Chain & Replenishment Planners to make business decisions. The Forecast & Replenishment Analyst is expected to develop strong foundational knowledge of replenishment, POS trends, customer ordering behavior, forecasting inputs, and supply chain performance metrics.
