Description
The Transformation PMO is responsible for turning strategy into execution by driving alignment, accountability, decision-making, and delivery to execute the transformation strategy of an iconic premium brand, in the US.
Reporting to the SVP, this role serves as the central integrator across brand, commercial, COE, finance, maison teams, and external partners. The position ensures strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, clear ownership is established, progress is tracked, and organizational resources remain focused on the initiatives most critical to the brand’s growth.
This role does not define business strategy. Instead, it ensures the organization successfully executes against its agreed strategic priorities, removes barriers to progress, drives accountability, and improves organizational effectiveness. This role is in charge of timely deliverables and to implement appropriate process to track, assess and follow up the project.
The Transformation PMO will act as the connective tissue across the organization, ensuring decisions become actions and actions become results.
Anticipated Duration of assignment: Contract role for approximately 2 years based on start date.
Compensation Rate: $69.23 – $98.08 per hour (Equivalent) Monthly rate range: $12,000-$17,000
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Positions Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Leadership
• Build and lead the brand’s Transformation PMO.
• Convert strategic priorities into integrated business plans, milestones, & measurable outcomes in partnership with brand leadership and broader taskforce.
• Maintain focus on the critical initiatives required to achieve growth ambitions.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs across the organization.
Business Integration & Program Management
• Oversee execution of key cross-functional priorities across brand, commercial, finance, maison, and external partners.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned to business objectives and agreed timelines.
• Identify interdependencies, resolve roadblocks, and accelerate decision-making.
• Drive consistency and alignment across transformation workstreams.
Executive Operations & Governance
• Manage the operating rhythm of the brand Leadership Team.
• Facilitate leadership reviews, business updates, and planning sessions in partnership with brand leadership and broader taskforce.
• Capture key decisions, define ownership, and ensure action plans are completed.
• Maintain visibility of commitments and hold teams accountable for delivery.
Maison & Market Alignment
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the USA brand team& Maison stakeholders.
• Ensure global priorities are translated into actionable market plans.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across teams.
• Surface and resolve gaps between market needs and global initiatives.
Organizational Effectiveness
• Improve executional speed, focus, and organizational discipline.
• Simplify processes and eliminate duplication of effort.
• Strengthen ways of working across functions and teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results orientation.
Performance Management & Reporting
Develop executive dashboards and transformation scorecards.
Monitor progress against strategic priorities and business objectives.
Highlight emerging risks and recommend corrective actions.
Support leadership in prioritization, resource allocation, and performance review discussions.
Stakeholder Leadership
Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Build strong partnerships across the brand organization, Maison, and external partners.
Align diverse teams around common objectives and business outcomes.
Facilitate constructive decision-making in complex and ambiguous environments.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
