YOU ARE • A self-starter who can work independently and make sound technical decisions. • Comfortable prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across technical and business teams. • Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. • An effective communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly. • Someone who takes ownership and accountability for the systems you support. YOU HAVE • 10+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience supporting enterprise SAP environments. • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, NetWeaver and Fiori. • Strong experience performing SAP upgrades, installations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Experience supporting SAP HANA databases, including backup/recovery and system administration activities. • Experience with Microsoft Windows and SQL Server SAP environments. • Experience with SAP BTP administration, identity management, and integration technologies. Preferred Qualifications • S/4HANA migration or implementation experience. • Experience with RISE with SAP or S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Active Control, and cloud-based SAP environments. • Experience with Jira and Confluence. #LI-JD1 This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities, but constitutes a general definition of the position's scope and function in the company.
