Partner with the sales team to meet stock demands and online order fulfillment. • Stock Team Leader: Step up as the primary point of contact for a growing team of Stock Coordinators. • Partner with the Store Manager to align operational priorities with business goals. • Collaborate with the Visual Manager to support floor sets, product placement, and timely replenishment. • Support all New Store Openings (NSOs) in the market, including inventory preparation, stockroom setup, and operational training. Required Skills: • 1+ years of retail inventory management experience • Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software. • You’re a natural born leader – you've got that spark that inspires others to step up and be their best. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. • Extreme eye for detail and organization - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. • You're a master multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. • A positive attitude is your secret weapon – your pleasant demeanor is contagious! • Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
